El Jalisco Mexican Restaurant in Seminole, FL, is one of our favorite new places for delicious Mexican food close to home. This group of family-friendly restaurants recently opened this Seminole location in October of 2022, and it has been a welcomed addition to our area.

El Jalisco in Seminole
El Jalisco has dozens of locations throughout northern Florida, with our Seminole location being their Southernmost restaurant in Florida. They also have locations in Georgia, with several new locations opening in the future. Regardless of location, they strive to serve the best Mexican cuisine, hand-crafted margaritas, and cocktails.
We have been thrilled with the huge selection of menu items and happy hour options, including the 2-for-1 house margaritas and drafts. They have an affordable and vast Lunch Menu served Monday – Friday, 11 AM – 3 PM, and an 8-page regular menu full of mouth-watering choices. The options are endless; there is always something new to try. Check out the menu here!
Incredible Food and Drink
We love a good cocktail, so let me tell you about these drinks! Choose from classic and flavored margaritas, hurricanes, mojitos, tropical martinis, and margarita flights. We have tried several during our visits, and they have all been so good!
The prices of food and drinks at El Jalisco are reasonable, especially considering the huge portion sizes. That can be hard to find in a touristy area like Pinellas County in St Petersburg, FL. We have enjoyed having this establishment just a few miles away. We love good Mexican restaurants – they are perfect for rainy or sunny days, and we get many of those in Florida!

Yes this particular chain restaurant has various locations- I just featured the newest Florida locations because it’s relevant to us and we love it lol! Don’t worry we’ll be covering several more that are exclusive to St. Pete!
