If you have ever driven down 4th Street in St Pete – you have likely passed by a very busy looking establishment called Noble Crust – and if you are like us – you are intrigued, but intimidated by what looks like a long wait, especially when you are hungry! Well… let me assure you – it is worth the wait and we can’t wait to go back!
Mark and I stopped in around 1PM on a Saturday and grabbed the last parking spot in the immediate parking lot, but don’t worry they have a huge overflow parking area behind the restaurant that is easy to get to from 4th Street North or 83rd Ave North.
We were on the hunt for the perfect “hair of the dog” after a long night of drinking, dancing, and singing at 97X Next Big Thing 2021 Day 1 and needed fuel for Day 2 – and this was the bloody Mary we were looking for!
While we did have about a 20-minute wait, you are able to walk up to the bar and order something to hold you over, then you can wait outside where there was plenty of posh seating to keep you comfortable. Not to mention the amazing playlist of 90s- 2000’s karaoke style pop music playing. Soooo much BSB, Britney, and Lady Gaga – we quite liked it while we were outside, however, the volume was pretty loud inside so be prepared for that! It’s definitely the perfect atmosphere for a girl’s brunch, friends brunch, etc.… not somewhere you want to go if you are trying to catch up and have deep conversations! It’s a very busy place – but worth it!

We loved the modern atmosphere, the friendly staff, and that they had so many options for vegetarians – hands down they have the best avocado toast on the planet – I can’t wait to go back for that again and to try new things. We ordered the avocado toast, parmesan truffle fries, spinach and goat cheese frittata, and the impossible meatball smash sandwich… I did mention we were nursing a small hangover, right??! Mouth-watering full menu here!
Anyway – we absolutely recommend it based on our one and only visit and hope to go back soon! Check them out on Facebook and Instagram and stop by if you are looking for a fun new place! It’s not just a Brunch spot – they are actually open:
