It was the first time we had traveled out of Florida since 2020, and it was to visit family in Greenville, South Carolina, for a beautiful weekend on Lake Hartwell.

Lake Hartwell is a 56,000-acre artificial reservoir bordering Georgia and South Carolina, encompassing parts of the Savannah, Tugaloo, and Seneca Rivers. Both states have beautiful state parks, waterfront camping, and beaches!

We flew Allegiant from St. Pete Clearwater airport and arrived late Friday night in Greenville, SC. We spent two days on the lake and a full day in the pool before flying back just before midnight the following Monday. Overall, the flights were smooth, and the family time was priceless. It was a quick whirlwind adventure, and like all vacations, it ended too quickly! Sigh…until next time. <3
