It’s October, which means it is one of our favorite months! This year, for the first time, we decided to create our own Halloween Tree inspired by our collection of “spooky” ornaments that didn’t fit on our Christmas tree anymore.

As you know, we are Walt Disney World Annual Passholders, which means we make several trips a year to the parks, and that has allowed us to collect some incredible tree ornaments from Disney’s Days of Christmas store in Disney Springs over the last few years.

We are also excited to announce that we just became Amazon Associates and will have Affiliate Links in some posts moving forward. This is an excellent way for us to share the things we love with you, and if you purchase with our links, we may receive a small commission. I promise we will only recommend things we love, and we LOVE our new festive tree!

This is just the beginning, as we plan to keep curating our collection and adding more as we find them. We hope to expand our collection of Disney’s – Nightmare Before Christmas, The Haunted Mansion, and The Silly Symphony Skeleton Dance by adding more Disney Villains, Harry Potter ornaments, and other Halloween Cult Classic items we may find.

To display our collection of ornaments, we needed a tree! Naturally, I searched on Amazon and came across a lovely 6-foot black artificial tree with good reviews that showed up in 2 days. It comes in three pieces with a metal stand and is the perfect size we wanted.

We also needed lights for the tree, so another quick search led me to these incredible LED lights with eight lighting modes in the Halloween colors we were looking for – orange and purple! I can’t compliment these lights enough – they are almost impossible to tangle and are lightweight, and it only took one strand of the 300 LED lights to cover our tree and only two more boxes to go across the entire front of our house! These are perfect for inside or outdoors, a tree, a patio, or a party – they are just festive, and we love the settings!

We are thrilled with how it turned out and can’t wait to keep adding to it. The search is on for the perfect tree skirt and topper! This was such a fun addition to our home, and we are so excited to enjoy it from now through Christmas! After all, most of its ornaments are from one of my all-time favorite movies – The Nightmare Before Christmas – so it shall remain up through Christmas – even more bang for our buck! I appreciate your support and Happy Hauntings.
